Best saw update

Settled on a Stihl MS 271 with an18? bar.so far so good about the same power as my old McCullough 10-10. Time will tell ,noticeably lighter though.

I've run a 260 since 2003 with 18" bar. Used it a couple of hours yesterday. That saw has been really good to me.

I have a ms250 and a 441 Stihl. If I had to go to one saw it would be the 271.

I ran a 10-10 Pro for years till it finally blew up. Great saw. Really like my Stihl now and is much lighter. I use the Stihl oil at 25 to 1 and never have a problem with it. The Stihl oil with the stabilizer keeps the gas fresh and will crank after sitting a while with no problem.
