Just wanted to warn tractor friends about a company called ON ROAD SUPPLIES (TRUCKING). I purchased Rust converter from them over the phone. They were almost like TIME SHARE salesmen. The product does work. I put the charge on my credit card thinking they were a reputable company!!! BIG MISTAKE. The product I ordered arrived and the charge was on my bill in November. I just got my next bill. There was another charge for more than double the first. All I could do is cancel my card and file a fraud claim. Now I pay the bill and wait to see if I get a refund.

I never buy anything from a cold call. You can tell they're not honest as they act like they've talked to you before and they're your best friend. NO ONE who calls you and tries to sell you something is your friend. The other tactic I notice is they act like you filled out a reply card at a trade show. They only do this to get around Do Not Call lists.

I think they get numbers off ads on here. I get calls from them when I have ads here, but not when I don't.

So if I'm reading this correctly, the product works just fine. But they made a mistake and double (or is it triple?) billed you? Call you bank and refute the charge. They ought to take care of it completely.
