Big 400 axle seals

Hi guys, I need to replace the axle seals on my 400. Does anyone know if you have to pull the axles, or do you remove the wheel center and the bolt on plate to replace the seal?

You have the right idea. Remove the wheel and wheel center. Remove the bolt on plate. Replace the seal in the plate and reverse the process for reassembly.

Make sure you have help to remove the wheels. The wheels and wheel center are heavy, especially if you remove them together as a unit.

before, so that is not any problem. Just
wasn't sure about the seal removal process.
