I've got my Kubota RTVXG850 in the shop right now. I had to replace the stator, so I drained the oil and the coolant (have to remove the water pump to remove the stator) and replaced the stator, put it back together and filled it with oil. I vaccum filled the coolant, topped off the radiator started the machine and cracked the water pump bleeder, let it bleed until it's steadily leaking coolant, then cracked the thermostat bleeder, it went from a mix of steam and coolant to just steam (mind you i made sure it was warm enough that the thermostat would open and i also tested the thermostat and it works as it should). Neither the top or bottom radiator hose is warm meaning the coolant isn't circulating thru the system as it should. I've tried bleeding it for the past few hours and i've gotten nowhere, same issue just steaming with a tiny bit of coolant. I popped off the hose clamp on the hose going from the water pump to the motor, started the motor and pried up on that hose to make sure the pump is pumping which it is, I know these are notorious for being a pain in the a.. to bleed but i didn't think it would be this bad. If anyone has tips or tricks please send them my way.
