Sitting at a business near Charlestown MD. Could not tell the make, but it was very stout. The blade attachment looks home built and sturdy enough to move a mountain.

MRS tractor- Mississippi Road Scraper tractor. Obviously someone tagged it as a Big M---F--- -1. Company built big road machinery and 4 wheel drive farm tractors powered by GM engines.
