Bobcat 743 hydro question

I have a bobcat 743 that when you crank it the hydro light stays on. Sounds like the drive pumps are engaged slightly. When you go full throttle, the loader suddenly takes off. When you put the brake on, it also tries to take off until it chokes the motor. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be helpful.

You have to re center the neutral positions on each control lever. The machine has to be warmed up and all 4 wheels must be off the ground. Its not hard to do. You keep adjusting until the wheels dont move. Some parts or linkages may need to be replaced. I dont know the procedure but did it on a 643 which is similar. Talk to your local bobcat dealer and they will print you off the procedure. Hope this helps, Let me know how it works for you.

Well, I looked into it and after 2 hours of pressure washing I was able to see in and around the drive prump. I found a bolt laying on the final drive and the pump was loose, the 2 bolts in the mount on the end of the pump were gone. This allowed the pump to move back about 1/2" and keep the sticks partially engaged. I replaced both bolts and tightened them down real good. Thing works like new money now. thanks for the advice, it lead me in the right direction.
