Brake drum removal

I'm having a tough time getting the brake drums off of my model 860. It looks like they have not been looked at in years and got rusted on. They turn freely over the brake shoes but are stuck around the wheel studs and where the hub fits over the end of the axle. I've soaked it with PB Blaster and had to drill out the heads of the tapered screws that hold the drum to the axle but can't seem to get the drums free. Any ideas??

Back the brake shoe adjusters all the way off regardless of how easily the drum turns. Keep soaking the center hole with PB and tap on it with a hammer. Use the hammer to lightly tap outwards on the rim of the drum. Slow and steady will get the drum off. Going crazy with the hammer will break the brake drum (or is is brake the break drum).
