brake light switch 4430

Hi . my 4430 doesnt have a brake light switch , or brakes lights . looked at the 4440 tractor and it lists a brake light switch for that tractor .
the brake valve for both tractor lookes the same . can the brake switch for the 4440 be put on the 4430?. the switch listed Al27809 isnt available ,but i would think that JD would have replaced this part with another .?
Need a brake light on back of bailer and large trailors etc

You may have to look in the European version parts books. The European spec'd tractors had brake lites and a trailer plug harness.

Brake valve for 4430 & 4440 is the same part # so I think the switch should work. BTW JDparts.com shows

thanks for the part number.you cant see the end where the brake switch goes into with adapter etc. I trust that the brake switch uses an orriface that is different to the brake pipes ,otherwise the brake switch would "tee into the line .
brake switch will be in engine area, if i have correctly look at parts book.cheers

Can you access JDparts.com? If so you can see an exploded view of brake valve where switch attaches. IMHO it would be attach under dash not engine compartment.
