Gday all,
Had an MF 435 tractor in the W.shop last week with a selector fork problem. The 2nd/3rd fork was badly worn, but only on the third gear side. Was still selecting 2nd ok. I couldn't see any distinguishable part number on the fork in situ. Refitted top transmission cover for the guy, and he has gone back to work, albeit, less one gear.
Parts guys both here in Oz and Dobsons in the U.K. can't find a part number for the fork. I was hoping to get the part in hand first, before stripping the machine to replace.
Had a look myself on the Agco site, but I'm afraid the Brazilian parts illustration leaves a lot to be desired....looks nothing like what I saw in there. Where to from here? Anyone familiar with these beasts.....or possibly have a part number for a once replaced fork?
Any help greatly appreciated, thanks,
Evan.
