Where can i find a breather valve for a 1950 tea20 on the intake manifold. Can I go with out the valve by connecting the pipe from the cover directly to the manifold or must I blank it off on the manifold. Thank you.

It sounds like you are talking about anautomobile Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) System for your TEA-20. These old engines just vented the crankcase to the atmosphere via a draft tube. They do not have a PCV system on them.

Jerry, This is one of thoes Std. motor differences. The Std. motor has a breather pipe that goes from the top of the valve ccover to the manifold inlet.

I was talking with Sam Niel (From Ireland) he indicated that they do run with these disabled. The pipe was missing on my TEA-20.

Gert Lerm you may want to try and contact someone from the UK for more on this... John UK perhaps.
