Breather Vent plug

I'm trying to plumb this saginaw hitch and I guess I do need to get a breather vent plug for the top plug . Does this plug look like a plug with cork in the center of it? Napa and TSC don't have any and i'm finding all kinds of pics online but don't know what to go with, kinda driving me crazy. Anyone have a pic or a description? thanks, Anthony

These are the ones I have, but there are other types.I got mine from Northern

Just take a regular plug and drill a hole in it they drilled a hole on the flat part where a wrench would fit 3/16 is plenty on one side then from the inside and that will work.

What about the screen/filter to keep the dirt out!?!

In the time it takes to drill the holes and stuff steel wool in the hole, I can drive to Northern, spend the 12 bucks on the things and have them in.
