I know that the Tartar Model FS Fertilizer Spreader is not Old..but I don't know were else to find an answer to my question..Which is. Is the spinner disc on a broadcast seeder suppose to wobble?..Thanks for any words of wisdom ,,,,.....

I don't think so, sounds like either bent or bearing going out. And if it would be made like that I don't think the bearing would last long.

Doesn't have a spring pin in it now..waiting for some to come in from ebay dealer...It is doesn't have a bearing ,just a round shaft that slides down over the output shaft from the gearbox...been raining for days and until i get the right pin in it and try it, I won't really know for sure how bad it is...
I really hate it when somebody else uses my equipment.....and thanks for your input.....will let you know how it works out...

You just take and fan, the fan on your car or tractor, the box fan in your bedroom or any place, a ceiling fan if a blade is bent or out of balance it will wobble but a good in balance will not There will be a bearing someplace even if it is on shaft on a direct motor drive fan as the ceiling fan.

I agree, I have been in touch with Tartar and they think the same way as we do.. I told them that i was going to put in a pin and see what happens..they assured me that if it wobbled something would be done....I will see and let you know also... thanks again.
