If you can't get new teeth through a dealer and you are in or near farming country check with a welding/machine shop, more than likely they will have lengths of matching steel and can cut and drill some new bucket teeth for you.

If you have an angle grinder a drill and a shop vice they look easy enough to make out of some square bar stock.

If you make them cold roll mild steel isn’t going to do the job it will just bend. I believe tempered steel is what you’re going to want. A supplier should know what will work.
