Buckley Old Engine Show

I was at the Buckley(Mi)Old Engine Show last week and noticed of all the tractor there were only about 3 Case tractors, aside from the steamers. Countless IH. Red every where.

Why is that? Are they not"collectable"" yet? Or are they mostly still in use?

My 830CK would have looked good in that parade(if i ever get around to painting it)

I've the same problem with my CK, I use it daily, I have beef cattle, and it's my prime mover so to speak. My larger 1070 only turns the bailer. I can't retire it long enough to spruce it up properly.......

Think your probably right, probably the others are just museum pieces, or to "sensitive" to work like they were built for. My Case's go out and work!

It was much larger than I remember it being 20 years ago when i last went. Waited in line for an hour just to park.

I was a member as a teenager and couldn't get the time of day from most of the old timers so I lost interest and I was last there 25 years ago. I used to display my hit and miss engines and my 1951 IH Cub. At the time there was only one other cub at the event. I finally returned this year I counted at least a dozen cubs. I to was surprised at the lack of case tractors. My 611B stays near by in Fife Lake so I might take it over next year.
