Burch Disk Parts

I have an old Burch disk I need parts. I have tried calling Burch plow works but the phone just rings and rings they do still have a website up. Is there any place I can get American made parts at I'd rather not get China junk

What do you need? Disc blades are all generic so as long as the shaft fits it doesn't matter which disc they are for. Now the bearings can be a bit more tricky. I would say look at some of the places like Agri Supply or Shoup and compare them then call Shoup for more information as some of the guys there actually farm and are familiar with equipment.

Thanks for responding. I needed an axel, a notched blade and a bearing spindle assembly. I called probably 20 places and I have one coming from Stevens tractors. It's not the same exact part but it's the same length, 7.5" and I think I can adjust it via the bracket to fit. I didn't know what else to do as finding that exact part was next to impossible. Burch plow works must have went out of business. They still have a website

That looks just like the old bearings in a JD disk we have. It get used some but not very much. Dad will drag it around in the garden some times. It is to big for the H at 12 feet. The gang shaft you can vee out and weld. We have done that many times for different length shafts.

I have an old Burch disc, 3pt 8ft. It has lots of screw cranks for adjustments. Burch is long out of business. Yes..phone rings and rings. Wonder who is paying the bill? I think Burch was an assembly operation using cast parts from a supplier. I tried inputing casting numbers but go no hits. Have you tried going to google images of old discs to look for a match? Hope you have luck with the one casting you bought. Mine is a rugged old critter, but is rarely used.
