Bush 2846QT attachments

Hello everyone, i have a bushhog 2846 loader on my 706. Im needing a bale spear for it to stack bales in the barn with. Am i limited to the bushhog proprietary attachments or can a standard pin type attachment work with this loader? Ive seen the skid steer style adapters which are great but at over 2k a little out of my budget. Thanks!

The quick hitch is Bush Hog proprietary as you posted.

A pin on attachment to go in place of the Bush Hog quick hitch adapter needs to have the Bush Hog loader Pin set up as far as sizing and spacing. The boom and bucket pinning arrangement is like a 3-point hitch, they are not standard across all loaders.

Some universal attachments have loader moveable attaching brackets with multiple holes for pins, if you find one of those it might work.

Here is one King Kutter makes. The angles with all the holes can be moved to match you lift arm spacing and you pick the holes that best match the lift and bucket pins spacing on the Bush Hog adapter. There are some others out there, but I expect any of them will ruin at least a grand.
