The original subject was "Re: bush hog setup on a TO20".

I have a TO-30 with a 5" mower on the PTO, the shaft is triangular but the tube and the two plastic safety covers are shot.

DOES ANYONE know where to find the replace shaft cover and those big yellow U-joint covers?

OR, is it going to be about the same as buying a cheap new 52" shaft?

Really hate to run it without the safety covers.

(Sorry to step on your subject but I can not find how to post without replying to someones message)

Right at the top of the forum page it ays"Post a Message". Click on that and post your message.

Regarding your question, have you googled on "pto shaft safety shields"?

Check the 8N-9N Discussion Board. On 3-15 Dunk posted photos using a piece of 4" corregated drain pipe as a PTO shield on a brush hog.
