If you are talking about a 3 point, just don"t drive over rough ground too fast with it lifted, you can watch the lower lift arms flex.

To ease rough terrain, the top link is replaced by a length of chain when using the brush hog. This is in the Ozarks where flat ground is a rare thing indeed. This allows the brush hog to ride on its trail wheel and is not forced by the top link.

The extra chains in the above picture are what I had to do to hold the three point steady before I rebuilt the top cover. With a rebuilt top cover the chains were no longer needed.
