Yes its done all the time. Take it to your favorite engine machine shop and they will tell you for sure and how much it will cost.

Edit to add: Do you know why it cracked? As maybe the engine was froze with water in the block? Are the cracks between the cylinders completely through? Only the machine shop that will do it can tell you if it is a viable option.

be nice to see the cracks , but it is a common thing to do. plus that depends on the crack.
 
Some cracks ya can get by with a thin wall and some ya need the heavy wall . You will find out real fast once you put the bar to it and you break into the water jacket .
