C9NN1A002E rear weight mounting

I recently was given some C9NN1A002E wheel weights for my 74 Ford 3000. They didn't come with mounting hardware and when I got them home, I realized I have no holes in the wheel centers for them. Those weights are supposedly supposed to fit my tractor so am I missing something? Is it as simple as drilling holes in the centers or do I need some type of bracket? Thanks in advance.

Ya know,
We don't mind assisting a guy here. But
it sure would help if you would post a
picture of one.
If you won't do that at least give us a
link somewhere or some dimensions of the
thing.

They came off an old 800. They match the curve of the rim and the center hole is big enough that the lug nuts are easily accessible assuming the weight's centered on the rim.
