You could try a Snap-on dealer, p/n is S8663B. It isn't on their website anymore, may have been discontinued.

If you don't find one, go to a pawn shop and buy a few cheap used tools and cut and weld own you have your own tool. The used tools are cheap and will work well for special tools.
 
I ordered one from mcmaster-carr. It is called a 3/8 drive box end wrench socket. There is a torque multiplier given with the tool. I believe it is 1.2 times wrench setting. Worked well for the vac head bolts on the side between the pushrod tubes.
