Can an 8N pull a Cook offset disk, Model B?

I have a chance to buy a Cook offset disk harrow, Model B, size 5-3 (what that size number means, I don't know). It seems quite heavy. I'm concerned that the 8N
might not pull it...any thoughts? (I only need to disk my wife's perimeter track that she keeps her horses on.) Thanks!
