carburetor issues 620 john deere

Help, I have a john deere 620 that runs well until it gets hot or pulling a load when hot. My tractor will want to quit with the choke off and as it is quitting I will open the choke and wii remain started. I have checked the carburetor bowl and is clean and cleaned the fuel jets and checked for any air leakage. There is no excess noise coming from the engine block. Has any one experienced this kind of trouble? Any suggestions wll help. Thanks.

I have had a bad condenser act like a plugged up carb. before.
If you sure the fuel system is flowing good try a GOOD tune up complete with compression test and valve adjustment.
Also try hooking up a timing light and see if the spark acts funny or fades away as it dies.

I think I know what you're saying - it wants to die, you choke it and it smooths up? Is the temperature gauge moving off of the peg? I overhauled my 630 many years ago, and I could run it all day like that, constantly fiddling with the choke. I put a new thermostat in it, and it ran like it was supposed to. Temp gauge sits right on 180 degrees, and it likes it. Made a totally different tractor out of it. Just another thought.
