The outside remote lever on my 1969 1030 seems somewhat floppy and when moved makes the valve squall like it's on its relief. Also found it is putting pressure to both top set of lines at the same time. I know that these are the pair so it has to be something internal to the valve. Other bad thing is the lower set does nothing. Any insite before I remove and take apart? Thanks.
