Plate on back of pump with 4 little bolts. Pull the plate and under it is a screw with a jam nut about a 7 mm jam nut turn it in a turn or turn and a half. If too much you will get allot of smoke and drop the power. My best guess without being their to see how the tractor acts is one turn in. GOOD luck!
 
If you turn it in all the way, be sure and back it out at least a 1/2 turn. If you don't the engine will run away when you start it. Only way to kill it is to shut off air or fuel. Learned this the hard way.
