Case 1270- Taller tire size?

I have a Case 1270 (2wd) that Id like to go up in tire size (taller tire) my gearing right now is very very slow.. I do commercial snow removal with this tractor and need to keep up with the newer tractors.. Max out at 19mph.(they do 26+)Taller tires would also allow me less fuel consumption..
My old stuff is dry rot, so how much can I go up in height and how does an AG tire show height in its numbers?

Fender clearance might be an issue but you should be able to use step up rims and 18.4 x 42 but it wont get 26 mph. maybe 21-22 mph..

Knowing what is on it now is rather pertinent.

Keep in mind, a pair of new tires and rims will cost as much as the tractor is worth...
