Case 1370 steering issue

I have a later model 1370 with about 2200 original hours. The steering wheel binds when moved toward the floor, and will only move freely when moved upward. Brakes, hydraulic remotes, and powershift all seem to work normally.

might have a hose being pinched when lowering steering wheel. been 23 years
since i owned my 1370. i was in that area fixing a wire n seems like hoses flex
when wheel is moved down
