I am looking at Case 211b with factory loader does any body know will this tractor handle a round bale on the loader Also asking price is 4000 rear rubber is ok needs front tires all other equipment is supposed to be in good shape

Not bad if it looks and runs good. Make sure you drive it of course. 211B might be a bit light for a round bale but maybe somebody with more experience could chime in on that one? Front tires are cheap, it's the big ones that add up fast. I like to do a compression check at least on any engine I buy but not always possible. Oil and antifreeze look good?

For big ones you'll need rear weight. Mn NH grass 6x5s run around 1500#. I use my 311B once in a while to unload in the yard, but that's got a hoe hanging on the rear.........

IMO the front end of a 211B is too light duty for regular round bale hauling. Not only that $4000 is $1500 to $2000 too much for a Ag 211B unless you just want a low production tractor.

Bought a very good running 200B with the Case loader for $1200 here...E SD. It picks up smaller rounds but 900# bales would be too much. Has a cement filled factory rear weight and shuttle.

4000 sounds reasonable to me. Seen several Avg. Ones sell in that range at auction including one that had a stuck eng.

I think it depends a lot on where you are. I paid $2600 for my 611b, pretty rough but running, with a loader. There just aren't a lot of tractors around here, southern Arizona is not exactly a hotbed of agricultural activity.

I was misinformed the tractor is actually a 210b dual range has eagle hitch and PTO how would this handle a round bale on fel
