CASE 2590

There is a recent post on my local C/L (South Bend IN.) pertaining to a 2590 Case tractor. It's not mine and have NO affiliaton with it. just passing it along !!

Talked with the owner, said it had a 3 speed P/S but only 2 reverse?? I am only familiar with '70 series case P/S so the reverse was new to me.

they have three rev speeds, as 4th is blocked due to how fast they will go, ealry 70 series units had 4 reverse speeds

I have an early 2590 and it has 4 reverse speeds. 4th is really fast.

someone has taken the block out or its broken as they did the block in the 70 series by 1974 all 2590's came with it originally, yes they are way to fast in 4th rev

I should have been a little clearer, I'm not looking to buy it, just passing some info along but can't post a link. Sorry for any confusion. I'm an ALLIS person but this machine looks awesome in the pics and driving past it
