CASE 3294 - Good tractor or not?

1985 year model CASE 3294 MFWD
Has 10,000 hours
Tires are nice at 85 percent or better
Paint is 8.5 out of 10
Runs, Shifts, Drives out like it should.
Cold A/C
Is $17,500.00 too much.
Seems like a lot of tractor for the money, but I don't know much about these.

2394 engine with a 2294 rear end and full time mfd. They were prone to ring and pinion problems.
