Case 350 with backhoe

I have a 350 case with backhoe when I hook up the hydraulic lines to the backhoe I have no power going to the hoe what am I missing

If this is going through a set of remote couplers then you need to pull or push the lever to the remotes for it to work. IF it is not going through a set of remotes then there must be a different location to get live oil from to make it work. I could also be wrong for the machine if this is a construction machine.
