The 411B has an independent PTO bolted to the diff. housing with 6 3/8" bolts. After draining gear lube, within 10min. you can have the complete PTO assy siting on your workbench for repairs.
I have never seen the shaft driving it twisted off.
There is a little shaft with an allenhead capscrew in it on the top of the PTO housing. This is connected to a sliding collar with a fork. Make sure it is slid to the forward position, before doing anything.
