Case 411 starter

Please help, I'm having a very difficult time finding a start for a case 411. The one I currently have doesn't shoot the bendex across the ring gear and is tearing it up. If you have any knowledge on this issue I would appreciate any advise.

DC theory 101-Is your battery at full charge. Mechanical theory 101 -Check battery cables .They must be clean and snug. Bench test starter -Bendix should snap to full engagement upon energizing starter. Replace Bendix if it does not fully engage check brushes for even wear. What did I leave out fellows?
 
Probably both the ring gear and the starter gear are chewed up. May be the reason it is not working. Had that with mine. Had to split change ring gear and have starter drive replaced. gobble
