Case 430 with loader backhoe

Hey guys, new member here. Got some questions about this old backhoe I drug out of a farm field.

I assumed this was a construction king, because it has 430 decals on both the loader arms and backhoe boom. But its actually attachments, a model 22 backhoe and model 22 loader.

It appears to be all original, even many of the hoses are original and painted. But the loader and backhoe seem a lighter color yellow than the hood?

I have many many questions about it, if anyone has knowledge about it. But my first big question is why it says 430 all over it, when its clearly not a construction king.

Can a guy find dual range hood decals?

Are any of the original hydraulic cylinder seals or plastic wear sleeves to be found anywhere?

Im going to have to pull the motor at some point. Needs a pilot bushing and rear seal, and smokes/needs some work. But the front hydro pump will not slide off the shaft. Ive pried it forward as hard as I dare after heating sleeve red hot. If i cut the shaft or sleeve, can i find replacements?

Ill think of more questions, lol

they made 430 AG units and they made 430 CK Construction King models you have the latter, any good hyd shop can fix you up on seals for the cylinders,,

It is not a construction king. Lookedit up at the case dealer, its completely different. The loader and backhoe have separate serial number tags, both are model 22's. The steering is ag too not same as a CK

well a pic will tell me,, they did have a AG 430CK as well in different colors sold through ag dealers, or someone just installed them on a ag unit, by the way All backhoes and loaders Case built then have a separate serial/id tag, post a pic and I can tell you what it is I was just going off what you said

Tractor G430, #8198xxx. Backhoe model 22 # 4072xxx. Loader model 22 #4070xxx. Tractor has the model 200b power assist steering, not hydrostatic. Hydraulic pump all looks same as parts page for backhoe.

Okay, I actually found an old ad, its just a plain 430 backhoe. Not a CK, even shows the 430 decal on the boom.

Idk what im missing, but cant seem to load pictures.

I have manuals coming for the loader and backhoe, but am not sure which manual to get for the tractor. I see three different i&t manuals for a 430, a C-14, a C-19, and a C-25. Plus the factory manuals. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So, anybody know where i can find any parts for this thing?

Main thing i need is cylinder seals. Hydraulic places cant seem to help, all the part numbers appear dead.

The tag on dash says its a g430, but its a gas tractor and everything i find online says its a 440? Its not a consruction king, afaik, it doesnt have the hydrostatic twin cylinder steering, its power assist. The loader and backhoe are seperate attachments, both are model 22. I bought manuals for them off ebay, but while they give better pictures than case website, the part numbers listed are mostly wrong or dyslexic. And i can find nothing online or on the case website on the loader.

You may be too new to the forum to post pics. Not sure what you have to do to get qualified. But as you're typing, scroll down just below "advanced posting tools" and you'll see a blue "upload photo" link. At least that's what it looks like in "modern view".

I have the same or similar tractor, although my stickers say 430 the dash vin plate says 440-H (gas with 4th highway gear).

If you're having trouble finding the loader manual, look for a model 21 and see if it's similar to what you have. Any GOOD Hydrolic shop can take your old cylinders and measure what you have and provide modern equivalents to the seals etc. that will work and last longer.

You can load the Case "My Shed" app on your iPad and have access to all the parts diagrams for your tractor too.
