Case 480C transmission

I?ve got a 480c with a shot shuttle clutch. I have a 580c with a good transmission that my mechanic took the engine apart to rebuild and has lost all of the parts so my question is can I take the transmission out of the 580c and put in the 480? Could really use a loader. Any advice is very helpful

Transmission numbers are the same

They show a different # convertor but I am betting thats just a updated # easy enough to rebuild a shuttle,, on those but either way the 580C one should work in the 480C does nto take long to try it,, those can be out and on the bench in 20 min or less,,
