Case 530 Ignition switch

Anyone know what wires go on the key switch of a 530 Case. I took picture old one, not too good, only terminals I am confused by is the ones marked ST and SO. I have a yellow wire, goes to solenoid, and a black wire yet. I thought there was only 3 terminals being used. The SO wasn't but no matter what combination I try, nothing when I turn the key. There is voltage going to solenoid and starter.

Can you jump it on the solenoid.

Yes starter will crank.

Also the safety switch has been bypassed by original owner.

Also starter does try if jump from solenoid and original owner bypassed the safety switch.

For the guys with safety switch bypassed, most of the time they can be fixed by removing a shim or two from underneath. I would rather see them working than read about ones that weren't.
