Case 595 dash

I recently purchased a 91’ Case IH 595
Does anyone have a description of what the switches are on the dash ? Re;
On the right side under throttle lever is a rectangular black rocker with green square that has opposing arrows.

i have a c80 and on mine its the grind heater for cold start, if the switch is spring loaded one side i would guess that what it is.
