Case 700 gas A1111 block

I have a gas 700 with a block number of A1111 that is getting antifreeze in the engine oil. I am looking for a service manual. The ones that I have found for sale on the bay say they are for the A11111 block only. Can anyone tell me what the difference between these two blocks is? I have attached pictures of the tractor, serial number, the block number and of a manual for sale on line. Thanks

The service procedure and specs will all be the same, one is gas one is diesel, but the torque specs are the same, most likely O rings on the sleeves leaking

Right now, the plan is to sell this unit all together at my estate sale. Hopefully that will not happen for many many years
