what is a case 7140 with 4300 hours rear rubber inside is 50 outsides are 80 front are 5 other one is 20 hes asking high fourtys

That's probably ballpark although there's not many out there for sale. About a year ago a local dealer had a 7130 MFD that they wanted $50,000. for. I think the hours were around 5000, was no show stopper.
You might search past prices on ritchie bros - you have to sign up to get on it.

I bought my IH 7140 2 years ago out in S/W Ohio and brought it back to ILL 5000 hrs good rubber and I had to give $42000 is a good tractor, so your price don't sound bad I had one problem it did crack a head last spring out of the clear blue but I was told some of those cummins motors would do this.
