Case 830 CK Draft Arm Issues

Back in July we started troubleshooting issues with our 830 CK Draft Arms not lifting. Thanks to all the advice we were given. Checked out the Draft Valve, Aux Valve, Flow and Pressure leaving Aux Valve to Draft Valve. Good Pressure. Next-Removed the Rockshaft Housing. Check out the photo. The back casting pressure side of sleeve broke out. Any ideas what would cause this.

Agree that can sure cause it, I have also seen them broken from guys using a rear blade on them turned around and push snow backwards and slam into a bank and raise the arms past max height

Somebody been jumping it with a load on the arms? Raising the arms too high will not break that, the piston bottomed out hard!

Thank you all for the input, Not aware of too much weight on lift arms or using a scraper blade. Could be linkage. Linkage was very rusted and not all free moving. Might be a word to the wise to check your linkage. Remove center floor board, DOM sensitivity lever, and arm from Draft control. Make sure to check timing marks. Not sure about use of the 830 before we got it. Maybe housing weakened before we used it???

I have seen the dom valve stick and not cancel at times but not always also,, I was just giving some of the things I have seen break them over the last 50 years
