Anyone have an idea what a straight 850 with no ROPS and a 4 way blade would weigh? or the horsepower?

Dunno the specs for sure but I'd say it's banging on 8 tonne and 70-80 horse.
We had an 1150 at one time that was ~90 horse from the 'big' six and made somewhere around 11 tonne.
850 is somewhat smaller. Newer is probably lighter than older for that model if you're looking at something that's Cummins powered rather than 'Case' powered...

850 made 1967-1977 72HP weight 17382lbs this info is from a equipment guide data book it weights run real close for my 450 with dozer according to my ops manual from Case,,850B made 1976-1981 75HP weight 15778lbs, 850C 1981-1987 78HP weight 17027lbs these all have Case engines except the military models which had a Detroit, 850D 1988-1991 6-590/6T-590 Case/Cummings engine 82HP weight 17158lbs hope this helps Tom
