Case 870 hydraulic problem

Case 870, had the pto unit off, replaced the roll pin, got unit to turn again. BUT now it appears not to have enough power to run the haybind. Question ? Is there a way to adjust hydraulic pressure ?

PTO pressure is set at the flo divider and is the same as Power Shift pressure, 180-210 LBS is Case's spec. You would need to T into the pressure line that goes into the side of the rear PTO casting from the flow divider. If you deadhead that line against the gauge you could tell the max pressure there, then T in and that should show if a internal leak is there which would cause a pressure drop. If it is a Power Shift tractor and drives properly with Dash Gauge pressure in the green, then you can figure if the PTO control cable is throwing full stroke the full flow divider pressure is going to the PTO with the spool stroked to the run position.
