Case 8940

Probably a long shot as to if someone can give me any information on this but..
I have a Case IH 8940 that has rolled into our shop, it was an auction buy and I dont have the location to which it came from but as I was servicing it, someone wrote on the air filter aside from the date it was changed that it was the last tractor they worked on and put the initials G Wintz.

The SN: JJA0872841 or JJA0832841 - There is a scuff on the tag right across the either the 7 or 3 and i cant make it completely out.

Was hoping someone could help me track down some info on it and if G Wintz is on here, id love to pick your brain and what they all had you do to the tractor. Its been maintained well and is in great shape.

Any help would be more than appreciated!

You probably should have made the title of this post "Looking for tractor mechanic G Wintz." That way if he were on this forum he would be FAR more likely to notice it.
