Case 960/303 Corn Header Questions

We have a Case 303 corn header that we would like to use on our 960 combine, and we have some questions. The axle mounts (Part #F18054 and F82159) for the lift ram are missing, anyone know where we could get these parts? Also we need parts for the Multi-Luber, but can"t find any. To use the corn header do you have to have wheel/frame weights and the relief valve kit for the lift ram? Thanks

from what I gather from this book is they recomend the wheel weights and frame weights, my guess is if you can find some 16" wheel weights and load the rear tires that might get you by if you don't have hilly ground, the bracket for mounting the lift cylinder on the combine I have a homemade one one on a parts 960 I bought, and will look to see if I have a extra factory one, if the 303 you have was mounted on a 600,660,700,900 or 960 it should have the correct header cylinder mount on it, as to the pressure relief kit my book does not say but maybe because it is a later serial # book is why, my guess is that you could get the relief from a 1060-1660 combine I would have to do some digging to make sure they had the higher pressure unit but am thinking they do, hope this helps you some as my knowlege of corn heads for Case is limited as here in the wheat belt we never sold a corn head as to the luber system what are you missing? only thing extra I have would be from a luber on a NH baler I took off the lines from the luber but the pump and resivor are complete cnt

Do you know what model the baler is that has the multi luber system? Will try to find parts from a baler. Most of the lines were cut,the resevoir is missing and I think the pump is stuck on the multi luber. The header that we have is #8366673, we have the same manual as the one you have, we couldn"t find a manual for the earlier models. Do you think you could post a picture or the dimensions of the bracket for the lift ram? Will probably try to make one. Thank you very much for the help!

I can see how easy it would be to measure, if you like i can send you this one as my 660 with corn head is field ready and I will never need it, I will take a pic of it and post for you, if you want it all it would cost is the freight cnt my e-mail is [email protected]

I think you can still get parts for the multiluber from Lincoln which made it. If not, they make a block that you could replace it with and use a grease gun.
