I have a case 970 I keep breaking steering actuators covers. I teed a gauge into the upper hydraulic line off the hydraulic pump and had 500 psi so I removed relief valve from power brake valve and found Check ball seat was unscrewed. Rescrewed seat and reinstalled and now have 180 psi but no power steering. Relief valve has a .010 in shim in it
