I saw on fb that the lady they would send out the build cards has retired from case. Does anyone have info on if they will still do that and how to contact them?

John I just got one for a 312 it comes fron the documents office and the case ih customer experience .you will have to leave a message and they will get back to you I don't have the number right off hand but think the 262 number is correct

Don't waste your time if you are trying to track down a vac build date as some or all of them got burned up in a fire. Someone more knowledgeble than me could tell you more.
