case dc valve adjustment

Yesterday's Tractor Forums
Bring No1 piston near the radiator to TDC on the compression stroke. Counting from the front (Rad) adjust valves 1, 2, 3 & 5 then rotate engine one full turn and adjust 4, 6, 7, & 8.

Thanks Hal. When I make adjustments on 1,2,3& 5, and then rotate crank 1 full turn, would that bring number 4 piston to TDC / to adjust 4,6,7 & 8 ? THANKS AGAIN
