Case Farmall 95

Looking at trading for a Case 95. Don't know much about these, for starters what exactly does the "Farmall" in the name mean? I know IH, Case IH and Farmall but not sure if the Case Farmall is an economy brand or what.
Looking at a reasonable price for the HP and setup but just curious what the recommendations are from users on the reliability and durability of the machines. Nothing against Turkish manufacturing but I need to know a bit more about this brand and machine.
Thank you.

The Farmall name is just that a name, the company just
trying to resurrect a past name that was a long
standing identity of tractors. To some the name was
associated with longevity and quality. Just as recently
you see Ford reintroduce the Bronco, just a name ploy
they are using as a marketing gimmick. I do believe the
current Farmall units are sort of an economy model
with less features. I personally have no experience with
those newer models.

I agree with used Red, IHC did a survey when they built that model, and that's what the public liked best, A IHC official told us that at a Red Power Roundup!

My brother's neighbor bought a used 2009 Farmall 75C a couple years ago, since this one was built before 2014 it dose not have any of the pollution stuff found on the later models.
I believe that after 2014 Farmall 75C,85C,95C,105C series with Tier IV pollution are all the same tractors just different HP ratings of engine and they share a lot with the NH PowerStar 75, 90, 100 Series
tractors.
The only problems the neighbor had was from the previous owner using wrong brake fluid in the brake system and hydraulic pump issues again caused by previous owner.
Must use the proper NH/CIH Brake fluid or it will wreck the brake seals.
I drove this tractor raking hay several days last summer, very niece tractor to drive, engine performs very well and he says it starts very well in our Canadian cold.

Bought a new Farmall 75C in 2016. Love it. Mine pulls a 4' round baler fine to make 6' bales, pulls my plow, chisel plow, haybine/cutter conditioner,
square baler, pto combine, feeds my hay bales, etc. I had two tiny problems. 1) the fan/generator belt failed. It requires a special tool to replace
it. Since I'm 90 or so miles from the dealer, a service call is expensive. 2) a little switch (like the one on the door of your car which turns the
domelight on or off) failed. That switch controlled whether the pto could be disengaged to allow the tractor to start. It was under the cab, so the
step, fuel tank, etc. had to be romoved to replace it. Again, expensive service call. BUT, the service people were able to diagnose the problem by my
description over the phone! Nice.
I like the tractor-very handy, great traction due to good weight distribution, nice handy way to hook up three point implements due to extendable arms
& control to lift/lower arms on the back. A 95 is just a bit bigger but I see quite a few around. If I had one without all the electronics, I'd love
it even more! kelly

Many thanks to all, great comments. Love the look of the cab interior from pictures I've seen, and looks to be great power and features for the price.
