Case IH DX29 hydraulics

I have a Case IH DX29 with loader. The same tractor is sold by CNH in Blue instead of red as a Boomer. This tractor does not have auxiliary hydraulics to the rear. Something I want to add for a cement mixer. The dealer cost is around $700. I am looking for a way to do it significantly cheaper. I assume there is a way to tap into the tractor hydraulics but I do not know what to do for a valve.

Those tractors have a real nice set up for adding a remote valve. It bolts on and it installs in about a half hour. To tap into the hydraulics any other way is going to involve tapping into a supply line to the loader valve and then a return line, also you should get a valve with a relief built into it. You will have several hundred dollars plus you time. I would just get the valve that is made for the tractor. Plus you will know it will work right.

I have a D40, which has the hyd aux outlet, simple bolt on, BUT under your right floor board there should be a divertor valve where hyd lines attach to it from the pump and out.
This valve is a selection valve which has a screw slot in it and allows you to put oil to the loader in the 11:00 0"clock position, oil goes to the loader/3pth and by turning it to the 1:00 0"clock position gives oil to the loader/3pth/aux outlets.
The PTO hyd valve is independent of this valve setting.
To get oil out of the aux outlets, and to use a separate control valve on the " mixer" you have to tie the aux control handle on the valve back or ahead, to have a continuous flow to your mixer valve., or whatever.
hope it helps

just use one of your loader couplers to run somethings. You just need some hose that will reach to where your loader plugs in and your set.Use the bucket coupler that way you can still raise your boom.
