Case IH farmall 80

Does anyone know how to adjust the speed the 3 point raises and lowers on a 2010 case oh farmall 80

I'm thinking under the front of the
seat, there is a T looking handle that
you turn one way to slow and the other
way to speed it up. Seems like on the
right hand side if you were setting in
the seat. Bob
